WHERE CAN I USE HERO GUEST?
From the palm of your hand! Just download the app from the Apple App Store for iPhone and from Google Play for Android devices.
To guarantee the best app efficiency, make sure you’re running on minimum iOS 9.0 or Android 6.0.
DO I NEED INTERNET TO USE HERO GUEST?
Yes! If you’re using a tablet or mobile device, you’ll need an internet connection, either data or Wi-Fi.
IS MY INFORMATION SECURED?
While creating your Hero Guest account, with an email or cell phone number, you choose your own password and we’ll protect your information. Your name may be visible to others in the weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.

HOW IS MY SCORE CALCULATED?
Your score is the average of all the topics you’ve completed. Remember that if you score under the minimum approval, every exam attempt will be averaged to obtain the final topic’s score.
HOW IS THE STORE’S SCORE CALCULATED?
The store’s score is the average of all the store’s users’ scores, including the supervisions and customer experience survey’s scores if these tools are being used.
You can earn a medal by completing a topic and scoring within the range of each medal.
HOW DO I EARN A ‘DESTROYER’?
You can earn a Destroyer when failing an exam.
HOW DO I EARN A SLEEPY ‘Zzz’?
Yo can earn a Sleepy when you do not complete a topic in the available time. Sometimes, it can take points off that topic’s score.
Watch out for every topic’s countdown!
HOW DO I SIGN UP AND LOGIN?
You can sign up by creating a new account with your email or cell phone number, completing the profile and logging into the app.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PROFILE?
If you want to edit you current information, all you have to do is go to settings and edit any of the information fields; don’t forget to save any changes. If any given data (email of cell phone number) is registered under another user, you won’t be able to save.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, HOW DO I RESET IT?
If you forgot your password and need a new one, all you have to do is go to settings and select ‘Change password’. We’ll send you an email link or an SMS with a four-digit code.
In case you did not receive the email we sent, check your spam folder.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PROFILE PICTURE?
If you are ready to change your profile picture, just click the avatar and select whatever option suits you best. You can upload your photo from a camera roll or take a new one with your camera!
