This privacy notice (the "PrivacyNotice") is made available for the sole purpose of knowing the practices of Hero Guest and its affiliates in obtaining, collecting, using, disclosing or storing, your Personal Data to provide the services.

II. For what purpose do we recollect your Personal Data?
II.1 The Personal Data collected by Hero Guestfor companies are used to provide the services offered, to develop and improve our services, to contact you, to carry out marketing and promotional activities, to interrelate data and know your profile and needs, to carry out the billing of the services provided, to send electronic invoices to the email address provided, to use your name/brand in social networks or other marketing channels to show who is Hero Guests customer, to manage the collection and processing of payments, to implement protection measures against possible fraudulent transactions or identification thereof and, in general, to comply with the proper development of the commercial relationship.
II.2 The Personal Data collected by Hero Guest for users of the application, is solely used to allow access and use of the application to the user. Said Personal Data shall not be shared with anyone else than with the brand/company in which the user is registered and with whom the development of the use of the application is reported, with the exception of some cases indicated further below.
Likewise, we collect details about transactions related to the use of our services, including the type of services you request or offer, details of what was purchased, date and time of the services provided, amounts charged and methods of payment. Compilation of information regarding the interaction with our services, such as the date and time of access, functions of the app and/or pages visited, failures of the app and other activities in the system, browser type, and third-party sites or services through cookies, tracking pixels and similar technologies that create and maintain unique identifiers.
Nonetheless, Hero Guest may gather information regarding mobile devices used to access our services, such as hardware models, IP addresses of the device, operating systems and their versions, software’s, file names and their corresponding versions, preferred languages, unique identifiers of the device, publicity identifiers, serial numbers and, information about the mobile network.
Social networks constitute a platform for communication and interconnection between digital platforms of different users. Said platforms are alien to Hero Guest, the information that you provide within social networks in which Hero Guest participates as a user, does not constitute or form part of the Personal Data subject to the protection of this Privacy Notice, being responsibility of the providing company of the platform and who publishes it.
III. What communications of your Personal Data may be carried out?
Hero Guest may share with third-parties, national or foreign, your Personal Data with the main purpose to fulfill the purposes herein described. The third-parties Hero Guest may communicate your Personal Data are, for example; its affiliates or subsidiaries; external professional advisors who act on behalf of and for the account of Hero Guest; service providers that are hired to fulfill the purposes described herein and that act on behalf of and on behalf of Hero Guest.
Whenever Hero Guest shares your Personal Data with third-parties, it will ensure that said third-parties take the necessary measures to protect the confidentiality and security of your Personal Data. Hero Guest will require that said third-parties comply with the present Privacy Notice and, will prohibit them from using your Personal Data for a purpose other than those for which they were collected.

The access to your Personal Data, in power of Hero Guest, shall be limited to the persons that need access to such said information, with the sole purpose of fulfilling the objectives identified in the present Privacy Notice.
Hero Guest undertakes that the information provided by you shall be treated in accordance with the applicable legislation regarding the protection of Personal Data.
All Personal Data is safeguarded and encrypted in the Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) data base.
V. What rights and obligations correspond to you as the owner of the Personal Data?
You, as the holderof Personal Data, may exercise, before the legal representatives of Hero Guest, the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and/or opposition, accordingto the following:
* Right of Access. To be informed of which of your Personal Data are contained in the Hero Guest data bases, what they are used for, the originof said data and the communications that have been made with them.
* Right of Rectification. That your Personal Data be removed from the Hero Guest data bases. This request will give rise to a block period after which the deletion of the data will proceed.
There will be cases in which the cancellation will not be possible in terms of the established in the applicable legislation.
* Right of Opposition. Oppose for legitimate cause to the treatment of your Personal Data on behalf of Hero Guest. In the cases that the opposition sees on the reception of certain communications, said communications will include the option to leave the distribution list and stop receiving them.
