Your score is the average of all the topics you’ve completed. Remember that if you score under the minimum approval, every exam attempt will be averaged to obtain the final topic’s score.
The store’s score is the average of all the store’s users’ scores, and if there are, all the supervisions and customer experience surveys’ scores made in it.
You can earn a medal by approving a topic and scoring within the range of each medal.
You can earn a Destroyer when failing an exam.
You can earn a Sleepy when you do not complete a topic in the available time. Sometimes, it can take points off that topic’s score.
Watch out for every topic’s countdown!
You can sign up by creating a new account with your email or cell phone number, completing the profiling and logging into the app.
If you want to edit your current information, all you have to do is go to settings and edit any of the information fields; don’t forget to save any changes. If any given data (email of cell phone number) is registered under another user, you won’t be able to save.
If you forgot your password and need a new one, all you have to do is go to settings and select ‘Change password’. You can also do this at the Login Screen. We’ll send you an email link or an SMS with a four-digit code.

If you are ready to change your profile picture, just click the avatar and select whatever option suits you best. You can upload photo from camera roll or take a new one with your camera!
